Group video calls a great idea
Telegram as well as other social networks are targeting the new consumption, and of course their demands. So this Tuesday through its web portal, Telegram brought a new feature that will make it easier for people to «turn on the camera or share screen during voice chats in groups, on all devices, including tablets and computers».
Company representatives indicated that, with this new feature, people will be able to hold business meetings, receive online classes or organize family gatherings.
How to make group video calls?
1. In a group, in which you are an administrator, you must click on the top bar and then on the menu where three vertical dots appear.
2. There you must select «start voice chat», which will then take you to the window to configure the option and you will find the button, on the left side, to activate the camera.
3. Then click on the camera icon so you can check the preview before joining the chat.
4. People in the group will also be notified of the voice chat you have started.
5. After doing the above step, proceed to the «share camera video» option for other members to join.
This option also allows you to invite other people to participate in the chat, either by «invite members» or «copy invitation link».
